Effective as of October 7, 2026
Herewith I, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the Administration of the website taro.serotonin-sport.ru (“Taruno”) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. List of Personal Data
- IP address, browser type, time and address of the request (technical data);
- the text of my question to the deck and the reading data (if I enter them);
2. Purposes of Processing
- the operation of the website and providing me with the ability to use the readings;
- saving my reading so it can be opened via a direct link;
- protection of the website from abuse and limiting the number of requests;
- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
3. List of Actions Performed on Personal Data
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, depersonalization and destruction — both with the use of automated means and without them.
4. Term of the Consent
The consent is valid from the moment I start using the website and for an unlimited term — until the purposes of processing are achieved or the consent is withdrawn. After withdrawal, processing of my data stops, except for processing required by law.
5. Transfer to Third Parties
Transfer of my data to third parties, including for marketing research, is not carried out. Disclosure of data to state authorities may take place only in cases provided for by law.
6. Withdrawal of Consent
The consent may be withdrawn at any time by a written request to the email admin@serotonin-sport.ru from the address I used to access the website. Consequences of withdrawal: the loss of the ability to use the website and the deletion of my readings from the information system.
7. Confirmation
- I am over 18 years old; the consent is given voluntarily and under no pressure.
- I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Terms of Service.
- I do not hereby give consent to the processing of personal data prohibited from processing (Article 6, part 2 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), nor to the processing of personal data of persons under 18 years of age.
