Effective as of October 7, 2026
1. General Provisions
This Policy describes the processing of personal data of visitors to the website taro.serotonin-sport.ru (hereinafter — the Site) and has been drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.
The operator of personal data is the Administration of the “Taruno” Site. Using the Site means you have read this Policy; if you do not agree with its terms, please stop using the Site.
2. What Data Is Processed
- IP address — recorded automatically on every request to the server and used only for abuse protection (request rate limiting) and the technical operation of the Site.
- The text of your question and the reading data — if you type a question, it is stored together with the result of the reading so that it can be reopened via a link. The question may contain personal data — enter only the information you are willing to keep; the Site keeps no shared list of visitors’ questions and displays none.
- Compatibility page data (names) — processed only in your browser and never sent to the server.
- Technical data — browser type, request time, the address of the requested page (server logs).
The Site does not collect payment data (there is no payment), does not register user accounts and is not intended for persons under 18. Please do not enter special categories of personal data (health, nationality, religion and the like) or other people’s personal data without their consent.
3. Purposes of Processing
- providing the ability to use the readings and operating the Site;
- abuse protection and limiting the number of automated requests;
- saving a reading so it can be opened via a direct link;
4. Legal Bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of the consent of the data subject, which is given by voluntarily using the Site and sending a question to the deck (see Consent to the Processing of Personal Data), as well as on the basis of the operator’s legitimate interest — protecting the Site from abuse.
5. Methods and Terms of Processing
Processing is performed using information systems without transferring data to third parties. The reading and the question are stored in the information system for an unlimited term — until deleted at the request of the data subject or by decision of the Administration. The IP address used for request rate limiting is kept in the server’s volatile memory and reset automatically; server logs are kept until the Administration deletes them.
6. Transfer to Third Parties
The Site does not transfer personal data to third parties. Disclosure of data to state authorities is possible only in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. Cookies
The Site does not use cookies and does not identify visitors: blocking or deleting cookies in your browser has no effect on how the readings work.
8. Data Protection
Only the technical means of the Site have access to the information system. Readings are identified by an unguessable service identifier: without the direct link it is impossible to access someone else’s reading. No general list of readings or visitors’ questions is exposed through the Site’s interfaces.
9. Rights of the Data Subject
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- request the clarification, blocking or destruction of your data;
- withdraw your consent to processing — from that moment on, processing stops;
- appeal the operator’s actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
For any of these requests, write to the operator’s email: admin@serotonin-sport.ru (include the address you used to access the Site so that we can locate your data).
10. Changes to the Policy
The Administration may update this Policy; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. Continuing to use the Site after publication means accepting the new version.
