1. General Provisions
These Terms govern the use of the website taro.serotonin-sport.ru (hereinafter — the Site). By starting to use the Site you accept these Terms in full and unconditionally. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the Site.
2. About the Service
The “Taruno” website is a free informational and entertainment readings service (tarot reading, couple compatibility and other types). No registration is required, no fee is charged for use, and the service is not a public offer. The results of the readings are entertainment content.
3. Age of Visitors
The Site is intended for persons who have reached 18 years of age. By using the Site you confirm that you are 18 or older.
4. Rules of Use
When using the Site you agree to:
- ask only questions that concern yourself, and not to enter other people’s personal data without their consent;
- not use the Site for unlawful purposes and not to disrupt its operation (automated requests beyond the established limit, hacking attempts and the like);
- not post insults, threats, advertising of third-party services or other unlawful material through the Site.
5. Intellectual Property
The design, texts, interpretations and source code of the Site belong to the Administration and are protected by the laws of the Russian Federation. The images of the Rider–Waite–Smith deck (1909) are in the public domain. Copying materials is permitted with a link back to the Site.
6. Liability
The materials of the Site are provided “as is”, without any warranties. The readings are for entertainment: they are not an individual forecast and do not replace legal, medical, psychological, financial or any other professional advice. You make all decisions yourself; the Administration is not responsible for the consequences of such decisions.
The Administration is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Site caused by maintenance work, nor for the content of external websites that may be linked from it.
7. Personal Data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy; the procedure for giving consent is set out in the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.
8. Changes to the Terms
The Administration may amend these Terms; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on this page. Continuing to use the Site after publication means accepting the new version.
9. Governing Law
The relations between you and the Administration are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
